Who am I?
Good question … Definitely not a one-trick pony.
Depending on when or where we meet, you might find me closing a partnership deal, on a stage somewhere in the world, in a deep conversation with someone navigating a crossroads, or quietly creating in my studio. The world is my playground.
Over two decades of international experience have shaped a profile that is hard to put in a box!
And that is exactly the point. I work at the intersection of people, strategy and high-end environments. I understand business because of a deep rooted love to understand people. What drives them, what they need before they ask, and how to build trust that lasts.
My background spans strategic partnerships, business development, high-end client relations, intermediation and executive leadership across Belgium, France, Malta and beyond. Bringing psychological depth into everything I do; not as a separate discipline, but as a natural way of seeing the world.
Whatever the context, forging strategic partnerships, navigating complex negotiations or guiding someone through a pivotal transition. Trust is always where I begin. Not as a tactic, but as a way of being.

The power of connection: My path to awareness
My professional journey has its roots in growing up immersed in business; a commercial environment that became my earliest and most formative classroom. Long before strategy had a name, I was learning the language of communication, empathy and reading a room. Those foundational years, combined with an analytical mind and a deeply creative instinct, laid the groundwork for everything that followed.
Two decades of international roles across consultancy, business development and executive leadership refined those instincts further; cultivating strategic depth, an acute eye for what truly matters and the capacity to navigate complexity without losing sight of the human dimension.
Yet it was not professional achievement alone that shaped who I am. It was the moments of profound vulnerability, the defining challenges that tested me mentally and physically, that revealed the nature of genuine transformation. Not as a concept, but as something lived from the inside out.
These experiences did not merely form me. They fundamentally informed how I show up today. In business, on stage and in every conversation that carries real weight. Growth, I have come to understand, is not a destination. It is a continuous and ever-deepening process. One I remain fully committed to.

My professional experience is as layered as the environments I have operated in. A background in psychology, systemic work and transformative methodologies; combined with over two decades of international business leadership. Has shaped a profile that is genuinely difficult to categorise.
And that, I have found, is precisely its strength.
